Global Privacy Control. Our website honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal.

Do Not Track. Our website does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because no uniform standard for responding to them has been adopted. If one is adopted, we will update this Policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We disclose personal information to the following categories of service providers, each of which is contractually required to use the information only to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately: hosting, infrastructure, and content delivery providers; website analytics and video delivery providers; email delivery and customer relationship management providers; and our professional advisors.

We may also disclose personal information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business; where required by law or legal process, including requests from government or regulatory authorities; to enforce our agreements; and where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of altHQ, our clients, or others.

You may submit a request through an authorized agent. We may require the agent to provide written authorization from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
